Privacy policy
This policy explains how personal data is handled on junowoz.com and in the services offered by JUNO WOZ.
Who is responsible
The controller is Juan Gouvêa, operating as JUNO WOZ, in Brazil. Contact: inbox@junowoz.com.
Visitors to the website
The public site has no accounts, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking scripts. It stores one preference in your browser (localStorage): your light or dark theme choice. It never leaves your device. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP address and request metadata in server logs to deliver and protect the site.
Clients
If you buy or contract services, I collect the data needed to do so: name, email, billing details, and the contract, payment and receipt records for your engagement. Payments are handled by Stripe. Card and bank details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and never reach my servers. Receipts and payment links are sent by email, and receipt documents are stored encrypted.
Why I use data
- To provide the contracted services and communicate about them.
- To charge, issue receipts, and keep accounting and tax records.
- To secure the site and meet legal obligations.
Who processes data
- Stripe: payment processing, subscriptions and fraud prevention.
- Cloudflare: hosting, database and file storage, network security, and outgoing email.
These providers may process data outside Brazil. I do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Retention
Client and payment records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for the period required by Brazilian tax and accounting law. Email correspondence is kept while it is useful for the engagement. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
Security
Traffic uses HTTPS. The administration area sits behind authenticated, single-owner access. Receipt documents are encrypted before storage. No system is perfectly secure, but I limit access and the data kept.
Your rights under the LGPD
You may ask to confirm that your data is processed, access it, correct it, anonymise or delete it, receive a copy, learn who it is shared with, or withdraw consent. Email inbox@junowoz.com and I will reply within a reasonable time. Some records must be kept by law. You may also complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above will be updated.
