Terms of service

These terms apply to junowoz.com and to services provided by Juan Gouvêa, operating as JUNO WOZ, in Brazil.

Services

Services are provided under an individual proposal or agreement that sets scope, price and schedule. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, in Brazilian reais (BRL). I do not see or store your card details. Amounts, due dates and payment methods are those stated in your proposal or payment link.

Subscriptions

Recurring services renew monthly until cancelled, and each charge is made through Stripe. To change or cancel, email inbox@junowoz.com before the next renewal date. A cancellation stops future charges and does not undo charges already made. Subscribers may also receive a Stripe billing portal link to view invoices and update their payment method.

Refunds

Refunds follow what was agreed in your proposal or contract. Where nothing was agreed, contact me and we will resolve it in good faith. Rights you have under Brazilian consumer law are not affected.

Receipts and tax documents

Receipts sent after payment confirm that a payment was received. They are not tax invoices. A Nota Fiscal is issued separately when applicable.

Intellectual property

Content on this site, including text, code, design and images, belongs to its author unless stated otherwise. Do not copy or republish it without permission. Rights over work delivered to clients are defined in the individual agreement.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, JUNO WOZ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability for a service is limited to the amount paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
